Nail Olpak, was born in 1961 in İbecik, Burdur. He graduated from Aydın High School. Holding a degree of Mechanical Engineering Faculty from Istanbul Technical University, Olpak completed his postgraduate education in Energy field at Yıldız Technical University.
Olpak, who started his professional career and worked as a senior executive for many years, later voluntarily left his professional career and established his own companies, including PAK INVESTMENT Inc., in 2005.
He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Board of the same company and holds Board Membership positions in the companies partnered by this company.
Nail OLPAK serves as the President of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) since September 22, 2017.

Olpak is married and is the father of two sons who are Architect and Mechatronic Engineer. He speaks English very well.
